Neighborhood Plan Meeting – 2nd Date
Join us for one of two upcoming Neighborhood Plan Community Workshops. These meetings are an opportunity to hear additional context on several key Neighborhood Plan chapters, ask questions, and participate in an open community discussion.
The workshops will be facilitated by Rob Robbins, who served as an expert witness during the sewer hearings and has extensive familiarity with the planning process and related issues.
IMPORTANT! MEETING LOCATION CHANGED
To help ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone, both Neighborhood Plan community workshops have been moved from the Firehouse to the air-conditioned Palm Island Resort Clubhouse, 7279 Rum Bay Drive.
Attend one of the following meetings:
• Wednesday, May 13 at 1:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m.
You only need to attend one meeting.
Meeting Format
This is not a lecture. We will have a short intro, then break into small group discussions focused on key areas of the Neighborhood Plan where additional community feedback would be especially valuable, and then come back together for a short closing session.
Remote Viewing / Recording
Because there will be small group conversations happening simultaneously, we will do our best to record the opening and closing portions of the meeting, but the small group discussions may not be recorded. If you would like your thoughts to be part of the conversation, we strongly encourage you to attend one of the in-person meetings.
