Sign Up As An “Interested Person”

As an “interested person,” you will receive emails from the Clerk at the PSC each time there is an important change to the docket such as when dates have been added to the calendar or legal documents have been posted.

According to the PSC, “interested persons” receive notices for hearing, prehearing, proposed agency action orders, final orders, and notices of Commission conferences via e-mail.

You will NOT be “spammed” by the PSC and will only receive pertinent communications from them.

How to Sign Up

Send an email to the Clerk of the Commission and request to be included as an “Interested Person” in docket #20240032. Give them your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and fax number if available. It’s an effortless way to stay informed.

Please note that contact information posted to the docket is public record and will be available on internet searches.

Any changes to your contact information or to have the information removed from the docket must also be sent to clerk@psc.state.fl.us.
